Blake Russell powers to a solo win in the 5000m in 15:21.37, a personal best. She now has Olympic "A" qualifying times in both the 10,000m and the 5000m.


Heather Bury on her way to a second place finish in the 10,000m in a personal best 34:46.74.


Hanna Smedstad finished third in the 10,000m in 34:49.53.


Charles Kamathi of Kenya, the 6th fastest 10,000m runner in history, ran alone in winning the 5000m in 13:42.73.


El Arbi Khattabi of Morocco loosens up before the 3000m steeplechase. He finished second in 8:39.34.


Brad Kirk in the 10,000m; he finished second in 29:55.35.


Michael Njenga of Kenya running in the 5000m. He finished second in 13:46.47.


Mark Hhawu of Tanzania winning the 10,000m in 29:37.28.
